Best Inversion Tables for Sale
Anyone who has visited our blog area is likely to see that we are as enthusiastic about inversion tables, as much as we we are about zero gravity chairs.
In fact, I personally have been using an inversion table since before I even knew what a zero gravity chair was.
Although this website focuses predominantly on the zero gravity recliner, we noticed that the majority of visitors to the site did so because of back problems.
My Zero Gravity Chair was initially created by a pair of back pain sufferers to help highlight seating solutions to ease back pain. Over the years however zero gravity chairs have not been the only products we have used.
It is for this reason that we have decided to branch out a little and add other devices we have found also helped with our own back pain issues.
It is true that inversion tables are not quite as relaxing to use as zero gravity chairs. The manner in which they benefit the spine is more intense and they are certainly not recommended for everyone.
It is also true that over the years inversion tables have gained a little bit of bad press from some users. This is mainly due to incorrect usage of the table, along with cheaper and less reliable tables entering the marketplace.
These days however, it would appear many of the more unreliable inversion tables have disappeared and are luckily no longer available. For further peace of mind you can also be sure that if there are any inversion tables of a terrible quality still available, they will not be listed here.
Another piece of good news is that those who use inversion tables now have a lot of information available to them on the web. Therefore the risks of damaging yourself are significantly reduced provided this information is taken on board and you use inversion sensibly as well as with caution if you are inexperienced.
