You can also set the amount of time you require the heating on for up to 60 minutes. There is also a remote control for adjusting the settings while you are inverted.

Other key features include extra long arm grips for easier and more secure inversion and a safety strap to control the angle you invert at.

A palm activated Ratchet Ankle Locking system which is an easy to reach solution for locking your lower legs in place. This is a very good feature if you find it difficult to bend down and do not want to strain your back. It is also a feature not often found on poorer quality inversion tables.

Lastly one of our favorite features of this table is the inverting hand grips. Although these may seem fairly insignificant to some, we feel it is a very nice feature to have included, and a good way to help stretch out your body even more when inverted.

Overall this is an excellent inversion table to consider and offers so much more than many others.
